What is virgin hair? 
  • Human hair that is 100% natural and unprocessed and has not been altered with chemicals or mixed with synthetic hair. 
How long does the hair last 
  • With proper care and maintenance the hair can last for a minimum of two years in good condition. 
How many bundles do I need? 
  • This will vary depending on the lengths you choose, how many bundles you have and what hairstyle you are trying to achieve. We would recommend a minimum of three bundles or more if you are ordering hair over 20" to maintain the thickness of the style. We also recommend that you buy numerous bundles of the same length if you are ordering very long hair to avoid the ends appearing thin. 
    • I want a custom order. 
    • If you want a custom order that you can't find on the website you can send us a DM on instagram or an email and we'll give you a quote. We offer colouring services and can also get bundle lengths up to 36" upon request. 
    I've just made a purchase, can I make changes to my order or cancel it? 
    • Cancellations and order changes can be accepted if you contact us within 1 hour of payment. We begin processing your order as soon as you purchase so you can get your hair quickly so we can only wait an hour to minimise delays.  
    If I don't want my order anymore can I get a refund? 
    • We only give full refunds if an error has been made on our end for your order or there is an issue with hair quality that is our fault. Luckily, this has never happened as we have full confidence in the quality of our hair. We are also readily available for you to ask us any questions before purchasing to ensure you are buying exactly what you want and need.
